Event cancellation policy
We understand that from time to time you cannot make it to an event that you have registered for and often there is an excellent reason why you cannot make it.

We will do everything possible to soften the impact of your cancellation however, due to the costs that we have already incurred in developing and hosting the program, full refunds are not possible if the cancellation is received within 14 days of the event date.

Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.

Training programs

Up to 15 days prior to the event - 100% refund
Less than 15 days prior to the event - No refund and no credit


Knowledge Shop Quarterly Professional Development
As part of their membership, Knowledge Shop member firms are entitled to send 2 of their team members to professional development each quarter at no cost. Additional team members are welcome and charged a nominal fee for attending.

Up to 3 working days prior to the event - 100% refund
3 working days or less prior to event date - No refund and no credit
