The first webinar provides most of the theory and how to apply it. We also introduce you to a valuation case study.
The valuation will apply the capitalisation of future maintainable earnings valuation method – the most common methodology used for SMEs.
At the end of webinar 1 we leave you with some homework. Applying the theory that we have covered, we want you to complete the valuation using provided worksheets.
Webinar 2 is where we work through our solution to the case study on a step-by-step basis. You will be able to compare your conclusions with ours and ask your questions along the way.
