Caillin Goss

Caillin brings a strong background in both project execution and client delivery to the IT industry. Currently part of the leadership team at Priority Networking, Caillin plays a key role in driving business growth while working closely with the technical team to develop and implement a cybersecurity standard that helps clients secure and future-proof their systems.
Caillin’s hands-on approach to managing IT projects, combined with a practical understanding of cybersecurity risks, positions them as a trusted expert in delivering tailored, secure, and scalable technology solutions. Her recent focus on business development further strengthens their ability to align client needs with innovative IT strategies.
Conrad Gilbert

Conrad works with the profession to navigate the practical impact of change on advisers, their practices, and their clients.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, working across insurance and financial planning. Before joining Knowledge Shop, he held senior executive roles with national financial planning networks. He has spent his career working in and exploring financial advice.
In addition to his work with Knowledge Shop, Conrad is currently completing a PhD in Finance and Financial Planning at Griffith University and is a sessional academic. He holds an MBA from the University of Qld, a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, and a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University.
Anthony Cullen

Anthony is a new member of the Accurium education team and comes to us with nearly 25 years of experience in the accounting and SMSF industry.
He has previously held senior roles managing the SMSF division of a small accounting practice and providing SMSF technical support within a large SMSF administration business.
Over the years, Anthony’s roles have evolved from the accounting function of SMSFs to keeping on top of the ever changing technical and compliance nature of this specialised area.
Jason Hurst

Jason is an experienced commentator, presenter and writer on superannuation and retirement. He specialises in breaking down complex technical concepts for professional advisors and their clients.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the wealth and retirement sectors, working with accountants and advisers to build their technical skills in superannuation, retirement, Insurance, social security and age care, and enjoys helping to provide the tools to articulate these concepts in a simple and easy to follow way to clients.
Jason also works with the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) as a subject matter expert for the CFP Capstone certification and a technical student mentor to those undertaking the CFP courses.
He has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Newcastle, is a SMSF Specialist Advisor, and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
