In addition to his work with Knowledge Shop, Conrad is currently completing a PhD at Griffith University. He holds an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Qld, a Postgraduate Diploma in Research Studies, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University.
