Carmen Ridley

Carmen is Principal and Director of Australian Financial Reporting Solutions and a member of the GAAP Consulting Network. She provides the role of a Technical Auditing and Accounting Division for a range of clients in the private and public sector and ensures that she keeps up-to-date and aware of current accounting and auditing issues which has established her as a recognised expert in the Financial Reporting Arena.

Carmen was a Board member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board (2012 – 2020) and a former currently a member of the IASB IFRS for SME Implementation Group.

Carmen is a non-Executive Director and a Committee Member for a number of organisations.
